Preparing and sending XML reports to NBU - SrXStat

From July 1, 2020, the National Bank has been regulating market of non-banking financial services provided by insurance, leasing, factoring companies, credit unions, pawnshops and other financial companies. Soft Review offers the SrXStat software product to all participants in the financial services market, which allows you to automate the process of preparing, verifying and submitting reports in accordance with the NBU standards.

Soft Review Company offers two options for supplying SrXStat to financial companies:

  • a stand-alone system, a service installed on the customer's server hardware
  • remote connection to Soft Review company website

In case of connection to the company website, the updates of the verification rules and the structure of reporting forms, as well as the server platform administration are on Soft Review company. The customer pays the service rental cost only.

The product is based on the principle of automatic loading the reporting schemes directly from the NBU portal, therefore it provides all types of reports, both existing ones and those that will be in demand by the NBU in the future.

List of srXStat functions:

  • Generation of all report files in XML format according to NBU schemes
  • Use of NBU classifiers when filling out reports
  • Imposing an electronic signature on report files
  • Sending reports directly to the NBU portal
  • Downloading report data from files or manual data entry
  • Performing logical checks specified by the NBU
  • At client's request - loading and statistical processing of primary accounting data on financial contracts and operations
  • Available function of building any internal management or regulatory mandatory reports in any office or printed formats.

Automation system for credit, factoring, credit brokerage and deposit activities SrCredit

We offer accounting system for credit, deposit, factoring transactions, based on the SrContract product factory, adapted to the financial company activitiies. The system allows you to implement analytical accounting that allows to conduct all necessary operations and charges, maintain schedules, perform routine procedures, to integrate with processing centers and payment systems, as well as with CBI services and state registries.

Functions available in the SrCredit system:

  • Client's personal account (registration and data entry by the client, application for a loan or deposit, attachment and electronic signature of accompanying documents, viewing by the client of the history and current status of their existing agreements)
  • Processing of loan applications in accordance with customer's business process of any complexity
  • Verification of the customer in state registries with a software interface for connection, requests to credit bureaus
  • Financial monitoring of customer's operations according to the customer's requirements and those of the state regulatory authorities.
  • Funding of credit deposits and investment accounts (credit brokerage)
  • Setting up credit products of any complexity, including lines of credit, revolving loans, multi-currency loans, one-time loans of any complexity, with any issuance and repayment schedules.
  • Setting up printing of contracts, applications, schedules and any other documents according to customer templates.
  • Calculation of the financial rating and limits for issuing a loan in accordance with the parameters of the client's questionnaire and the algorithm set by the customer or the NBU
  • Issuance of credit funds to the client in cash, to a current bank account or payment card
  • Automatic distribution of funds received from clients in repayment of a loan by type of debt, using flexible algorithms
  • Calculation of schedules, cash flows, weighted average rates using flexible algorithms
  • Calculation of interest, overdue debts, commissions and penalties
  • Distribution of income received from lending activities between investors and deposit holders using flexible algorithms and regulation commission fees
  • Integrating agents' customer-engaging activities and settlement on their services according to the commissions
  • Maintenance of collaterals, regarding any parameters of collateralized property, their revaluation and collateral insurance agreements
  • Calculation of reservation amounts and their accounting in accordance with the requirements of the NBU, IFRS or the customer's algorithm

Automation system for the network of currency exchange points, transfers and payment transactions with cash SrTellerPoint

Our SrTellerPoint solution is developed on the SrWebExpress platform and includes operation of a large number of regional branches and customer service points through public Internet communication channels. Data transfer is protected by encryption, user's workplace is implemented on WEB-technologies and integrated with the necessary technical means - printers, fiscal means of registering transactions - cash registers, cash terminals.

The SrTellerPoint system provides the following functions:

  • cash collection and reinforcement operations, real-time control of cash node limits
  • financial monitoring of ongoing operations according to the requirements of the NBU, other regulatory bodies in real time
  • currency exchange and conversion operations, testing and purchase of old banknotes
  • cash transfers for citizens
  • targeted payments based on the details specified by the client
  • utility payments and other template payments in favor of sitizen service providers
  • crediting cash to bank payment cards if the customer has an agreement with a specific processing center
  • maintaining a stack of settings for commissions and exchange rates that is unified for all and individual for specific service points
  • connection of mandatory means of cash transaction registering (PPO, cash terminals), printing receipts and sending real-time fiscal information about transactions

The SrWebExpress platform for setting up and running corporate WEB applications allows you to set up an individual set of application user interfaces for each company, both to existing systems in the company, and to design new ones based on the principles of Open System, BPM, CRM.
