Over the many years of work, Soft Review has implemented several thousand implementation projects and has gained extensive experience in this area. The company is responsible for the qualitative result of project implementation, providing it with exclusively qualified resources, applying high corporate project management standards that determine the order and sequence of actions of project teams.
Our IT solutions can be deployed both on the client's real servers and in the cloud.

The implementation of an IT solution can be conditionally divided into the following stages:

  • Business analysis of the implementation project
    The client's main requirements are coordinated and systematized. If necessary, a list of required settings and improvements is formed according to the specifics of the client's activities. Based on the results, the Client’s Functional Requirements are prepared, the labor costs and the timing of such improvements are assessed
  • Negotiation of terms and conclusion of the contract
  • Forming a working group
    Appointing people responsible for the project from the client’s side and from the company’s side
  • Setting up and configuring the system, including setting up workplaces and access rights
    Implementing standard IT -solutions (characterized by a minimal need for setup and configuration) allows you to minimize the project implementation time and the risks that arise during the implementation process.
  • Data migration
    The main task is to ensure data integrity. The completeness and correctness of the migration results are controlled by the client's specialists with the consulting participation of the company's specialists.
  • System adaptation (system localization)
    The requirements approved at the business analysis stage are implemented and the adapted version is transferred to the client. The work is carried out in the context of the functional modules of the system
  • Integration with existing software
    Working group carries out integration of the software with existing software products of the client
  • Training the client's personnel
    We provide training for business units, support technological units and IT personnel of the client.
  • Testing the system in the context of functional modules
    Checking and refining the settings of functional modules, checking the correctness of the configured accounting, checking the business logic, final settings for the workplaces of specific users, identifying errors and inconsistencies with previously agreed requirements.
  • Conducting comprehensive test days
    On the actual transferred data, a comprehensive check of previously configured products is carried out, as well as clarification of the general basic software settings; the real complex load on the system is also checked.
  • Commissioning
    Start of actual operations in real time. After commissioning, there is a period of control support, after which a separate support agreement may be concluded.
